Four plant processes with an in-house mold shop. Wall weight is set per mold and checked per lot under ISO 9001:2015, which reduces process scrap.

Live-catalog wall weight: Multimax and Multiusos 1 L weigh 26.5 g; Maxi-Light 1 L, 51.5 g; Misil Light 1 L HDPE, 70 g versus 100–120 g standard. Also: stackable PEAD designs that pack freight tighter, and liner-free caps when the product does not need an induction seal.
